from Historic Shady Lane
We'll admit it: we're kind of popular! We love working with the most creative vendors in the wedding industry. From florists to bakers, we've worked with the best of the best and we can't wait to work with you and your favorite people too! Take a look at some of the couples and vendors we've had the privilege of working with over the past couple of years...

"our favorite part was their love of gin – aka the gin and tonic cake, the speciality gin and tonic drinks, and even the table numbers were beautiful illustrations of gin bottles! like what the heck! they had a rug from saudi arabia that they used at the ceremony and reception, under the sweetheart table. and honestly just many more little details that will definitely catch your eye as you are scrolling through these photos."

"Historic Shady Lane is really a “one stop shop” when it comes to wedding venues – as couples can have their entire wedding day from start to finish on the grounds. There are houses designated for the guys and gals to get ready for the day. The ceremony spot is wholly unique. And the absolute standout for us is the cocktail hour and reception spaces to be found in the gorgeous glass greenhouse (this thing at night with string lights is incredible for photos) and the sleek white covered tent."

"Erica + Nick chose Historic Shady Lane as their venue to bring their romantic vision to life, and they had a beautiful Saturday in August, complete with alpacas, a gorgeous golden hour, tear-inducing speeches from their loved ones, and an ice cream truck!"

Will we ever move past the eclectic bohemian movement in the wedding industry? We're inclined to say no and even if we were asked to choose, we'd give a hard pass. Who doesn't love the various motifs that “boho chic” can take? In this whimsical bohemian wedding inspiration in Pennsylvania, Maura Pierce from Fox + Ivy Photography and her company of illustrious vendors hopped over to Historic Shady Lane. It was a setting already made for the ambiance they wanted to create with its forest amenities, stone walls, and the glasshouse that inevitably came to be the backdrop for the faux ceremony and reception.
